Work on expansion has begun

Shovels hit the ground this week so the expansion is a reality.  There should be a spiffy new addition by the time the musuem opens its doors for the season on Victoria weekend. How grand.

    We came to visit in the summer (2011) and were stunned with the wealth of information, artifacts, and historical connections to be found.

    Many thanks to Alice Borrowman for taking the time to show us around and connect so many of the dots of our family's history in the area.

    If you get a chance to visit, it is well worth it.
